Payments are due by the date stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept approved payment methods as specified on your invoice or project agreement. Additional payment instructions will be provided before work begins.
Project Changes
If the project scope changes after work has started, additional labor, materials, or services may result in revised pricing. Any significant changes will be discussed before the additional work is carried out.
Late Payments
Late payments may delay project scheduling or completion. Where permitted by applicable law, additional charges or interest may apply to overdue balances.
Refund Policy
Because our services involve labor, materials, scheduling, and project planning, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be considered if:
- A payment was made in error.
- Services cannot be provided due to circumstances within our control.
- A written agreement specifically provides for a refund.
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Services that have already been completed.
- Labor or materials already purchased or used for your project.
- Project cancellations after work has commenced.
- Changes of mind after services have been scheduled or completed.
Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the project stage, you may be responsible for costs already incurred, including materials ordered, labor performed, permits obtained, or other project-related expenses.
Disputed Charges
If you believe there is an error on your invoice, please contact us promptly. We will review the matter and work with you to resolve any billing concerns in a fair and timely manner.
