- Structural removal and site clearance
- Other construction or renovation services specifically outlined in your agreement
Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
- Natural disasters or severe weather events
- Fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other unforeseen events
- Normal wear and tear
- Lack of routine maintenance
- Improper use or misuse of the property
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by third parties
- Structural movement or foundation settlement
- Damage caused by pests, accidents, or negligence
- Materials supplied directly by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing
Warranty Claims
If you believe a warranty issue exists, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
- Your name and contact information
- Project address
- Description of the issue
- Photographs, if available
- Date the issue was discovered
Our team will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange an inspection to determine whether the issue falls within the warranty coverage.
Repairs
If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will repair or correct the covered workmanship issue within a reasonable timeframe at no additional labor cost, subject to the terms of your project agreement.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. The warranty is limited to the repair or correction of covered workmanship defects and does not extend to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
